G1,G2,G3 Front Outer CV Joint Kit (90mm) - 1984-92

This high-quality outer CV joint kit is designed for a wide range of VW models from 1984 to 1993, including the Golf Mk2, Golf Mk1 Cabriolet, Scirocco and Jetta. The outer CV joint allows power to be transmitted to the front wheels while accommodating steering angle and suspension movement. A worn or failing CV joint typically causes clicking noises on full lock, vibration under acceleration, or grease leakage from a split boot.

This kit features a 90mm external diameter joint, with 22 external teeth and 30 internal teeth, matching the original factory specification used on these models. It is suitable for vehicles without ABS brakes and includes everything required for installation: the outer CV joint, CV boot, hub nut, high-quality grease and all necessary clips and fittings. The kit also includes a 53.2mm diameter seal, exactly as per OE design.
