Karmann Ghia Headlight Rim (European Spec)

This chrome headlight rim is a direct replacement for all European-spec Karmann Ghia models from the start of production through to the end. Manufactured to a good-quality finish, it restores the crisp, bright appearance of the original headlight surrounds and is ideal for refurbishment work or replacing pitted, tarnished, or damaged rims. With a clean 173mm internal diameter, it fits perfectly around the headlamp unit on all European-market Ghias.

The rim secures around the headlight assembly, providing both protection and a decorative finish. Over time, original chrome rims often suffer from weathering, stone chips, or corrosion—especially on cars exposed to UK conditions. Installing a fresh rim instantly improves the front-end appearance and complements restored or repolished headlights.

This rim is sold individually, allowing you to replace a single damaged rim or purchase two for a matching pair. Installation is straightforward using the original mounting screw located at the bottom of the headlight bowl.
