This right-hand side heater channel repair panel is a convenient solution for repairing the most commonly rusted area of your VW Beetle’s heater channel.

This panel replaces the upper outer edge of the heater channel – the section where the running board bolts on. Over decades of use, this area is prone to rust, damage, and previous poor repairs.

Supplied with captive nuts pre-welded in place, this repair section allows you to securely reattach your running board without the need to fabricate mounting points. The panel is designed to be trimmed to suit your repair and welded directly to your existing heater channel structure.
