Beetle Steel Brake Line Kit - 1967-79 (Swing Axle) - LHD (Also Karmann Ghia With Swing Axle)

This top-quality metal brake line kit is designed to fit all left-hand drive 1967–1979 Beetles and Swing Axle Karmann Ghias equipped with their original dual circuit brake system. Manufactured from high-grade brake pipe, each line in this 7-piece set provides strong, corrosion-resistant performance to ensure safe and reliable braking. This kit replaces all the main rigid brake lines running from the master cylinder to the front and rear circuits.

Although produced for left-hand drive (LHD) models, the lines can also be modified to fit right-hand drive (RHD) Beetles and Ghias with some reshaping during installation. This allows owners of RHD vehicles to benefit from a complete modern-quality replacement kit even though the routing differs slightly from original.

Each line will require bending to shape during fitting, just as with most classic car brake line kits. This ensures precise routing around the chassis, frame head, and rear torsion housing. The lines are flared to match factory connections and are suitable for use with the original brake hoses and fittings.
