Beetle Rear Brake Drum - 1958-67 (Also Karmann Ghia)

This top quality replacement rear brake drum is designed for Volkswagen Beetles and Karmann Ghias from 1958 to 1967, and also suits Buggy and Baja builds using the same rear axle configuration. It features the classic wide 5 stud pattern (5×205 PCD), making it the correct choice for early VW models still running on original-style wheels and brakes.

Manufactured to high standards for strength and durability, this brake drum ensures smooth braking performance and longevity. It’s ideal for stock restorations or servicing worn-out components in vintage VWs. To ensure the best performance, always clean the inner braking surface with brake cleaner before installation, as drums are coated in an anti-oxidising oil during manufacturing.

While this drum is sold individually, we strongly recommend replacing both rear drums at the same time to avoid uneven braking and ensure consistent performance across the axle.
