37 PICT Big Bore Carburettor Single Port Kit

Out flows factory manifolds up to 12%! Replace your rusty and carbon plugged manifold and increase performance at the same time.

Fits both early and late 6 and 12 volt Solex Carbs. Allows use of early or late, wide or narrow flange carbs and any combination of stock or high performance air cleaners. Includes vacuum port for late throttle positioner or auto stick shift.

PICT Center Section Manifolds can be used on all 1966 1300cc and later upright engines with use of dual port end pieces. End pieces are available at additional cost.

Will require 11mm head nuts if fitting 31 PICT carb

The new PICT Center Section is a true bolt on performance part. The design of the inner passages increases the flow of intake gases while at the same time helps smooth out the reverse wave created when the intake flow is “pulsed” by the opening and closing of the intake valves. The result is more useable horsepower from stock carburettors.

Comes with a vacuum take off which is plugged with a 1/8″ NPT plug. If you require the barb fitting, please order part number BARB1814.

This upgraded carb is a direct bolt-on replacement for the standard 34 PICT 3, and is ideally suited for mildly tuned engines used in street-driven VWs. With a larger venturi and main jet, the 37 PICT delivers increased airflow and fuel volume, making it perfect for those who want a bit more “go” without sacrificing drivability or simplicity.
