Beetle Rear Chassis Shock Pads - 1950-59

This Rear Chassis Shock Pad Set fits between the body and chassis under the rear seat area on early Volkswagen Beetle and Karmann Ghia models manufactured up to December 1959. These rubber pads are essential components that provide cushioning between the body shell and the chassis, reducing vibration, noise, and harshness transmitted into the cabin.

Over time, the original rubber mounts harden, crack, or deteriorate, allowing direct metal contact that can lead to rattles, body flex, and even damage to mounting points. Replacing them with this high-quality reproduction set restores proper insulation and helps maintain the smooth, quiet ride these early VWs were known for.
