This high-quality replacement glove box is designed to directly replace the fragile OE cardboard version fitted to Volkswagen Beetles until September 1952.
Manufactured from rigid, moulded fibre, this glove box retains the original shape and dimensions, ensuring a snug fit into the factory dash aperture on LHD models only.
What the Part Does
The glove box provides enclosed storage within the dashboard, keeping items secure, tidy and safely separated from wiring and ventilation components behind the dash.
Installation Notes & Additional Parts That May Be Needed
LHD models only – this will not fit RHD dashboards due to differing glove box shapes and aperture positioning.
Check the condition of the glove box door hinge, latch and lining — replacing worn components ensures a perfect restoration finish.
