This complete heater channel is designed to fit the right-hand side (driver’s side on RHD models) of VW Beetles built from 1968 to 1979, excluding the 1302 and 1303 Super Beetle models. Crafted from strong 19-gauge (1mm thick) steel, this panel is essential for restoring both body strength and the car’s internal heating system.

Heater channels are especially vulnerable to corrosion from the inside due to condensation created by hot air cooling within the ducts, often leading to unseen structural failure.
