Beetle Front Shift Rod Bush (Also Splitscreen Bus Front Shift Rod Bush - 1955-66)

This shift rod bush is located just behind the gear stick on all Beetles, Karmann Ghia`s and Type 3 Variants. It is mounted in an angular bracket inside the central tunnel and the shift rod which joins the gearstick to the gearbox runs through it.
It is also used on pre 1965 Split Buses to do the same job.
It is often worn and can cause sloppy, hard to find gears.
