This exhaust heat transfer pod is a direct replacement for the right-hand side (driver’s side on RHD models) of VW Type 25 (T3) Buses fitted with the 1600cc CT aircooled engine, produced between 1979 and 1982.

The heat transfer pod connects the heat exchanger to the vehicle’s heating system, channeling warm air from the exhaust system into the cabin. This component is essential for maintaining effective heating performance in aircooled buses and ensuring passenger comfort during colder months.
