G3 Water Hose - Oil Cooler To Water Pipe And Water Pump - 1.9 Diesel, 2.0 Petrol

This coolant hose connects the oil cooler circuit to the metal coolant pipe, forming an important part of the engine’s cooling system. It carries coolant between the water pump, oil cooler and hard pipework so coolant can circulate correctly through the engine and oil cooler assembly. By keeping coolant flowing at the proper rate, this hose helps control engine temperature and also allows the oil cooler to regulate oil temperature more effectively.
As these hoses age, they can become soft, cracked, swollen or leak around the ends, leading to coolant loss, poor circulation and overheating problems. Replacing a tired hose helps restore a safe, sealed cooling system and is especially worthwhile when servicing the oil cooler, water pump area or nearby metal coolant pipes. This hose is shaped to suit the original routing, making it a direct replacement for worn or perished original pipework.
Depending on condition, you may also need new hose clips, fresh coolant, and it is worth checking the oil cooler seals, water pump fittings and adjoining metal coolant pipe at the same time.
