T5,G3 Water Way Junction O-Ring

Seal ring for the coolant water way junction at the cylinder head. This sealing ring sits between the coolant flange or water outlet and the cylinder head, helping the cooling system stay sealed and pressurised. It prevents coolant leaks at the junction and ensures coolant can circulate correctly through the engine, radiator and heater system.

When this seal hardens, flattens or splits, it can allow coolant loss around the cylinder head flange area. Replacing it when the housing or coolant junction is removed helps prevent leaks, overheating and repeat strip-down work. This is a small but important service item often replaced alongside the coolant flange, temperature sensor seal, retaining clips or fresh coolant depending on the job.
