G3 Water Hose - Water Pump To Water Flange - 1.8

This radiator hose connects the engine outlet directly to the water pump on 1.8 petrol engines (and selected 1.6 petrol applications). It forms a key section of the cooling system, allowing coolant to circulate from the engine block back into the pump for continuous temperature control.
What Does This Hose Do?
After coolant absorbs heat from the cylinder block and head, it must return to the water pump to be re-circulated through the radiator. This hose:
• Transfers hot coolant from the engine to the water pump
• Maintains constant coolant circulation
• Supports stable operating temperature
• Prevents overheating during heavy load or traffic conditions
Because this hose sits low in the engine bay and is constantly exposed to heat cycles, it commonly deteriorates with age. Cracks, soft spots or swelling can lead to coolant leaks or sudden hose failure.
