G3 Rocker Cover Breather Hose - 1.6-2.0

Replacement cylinder head cover breather hose for selected VW 1.6, 1.8 and 2.0 petrol engines. This hose connects the rocker cover (cam cover) to the crankcase ventilation system, allowing crankcase gases to be recirculated correctly and maintaining proper engine breathing.

Over time, breather hoses can become brittle, split, or collapse internally due to heat and oil vapour exposure. Common symptoms of failure include rough idle, oil leaks around the rocker cover, whistling noises, increased oil consumption, and fault codes relating to mixture control.

Manufactured from oil-resistant rubber to OE specification, this hose restores correct crankcase ventilation and helps maintain stable idle and proper air/fuel mixture.
