T25,G1,G2 Alternator (45AMP) - Bolt On Connector

Upgrade or replace your vehicle’s charging system with this 65 Amp alternator, manufactured by Hella for dependable OE-quality performance. Designed for vehicles using a flat pulley system, this unit features a bolt-on electrical connection for straightforward installation into the original loom.

The alternator converts mechanical energy from the engine (via the drive belt) into electrical energy. As the engine turns, the internal rotor spins within the stator windings, generating alternating current which is then rectified into direct current to charge the battery and power the vehicle’s electrical systems. A healthy alternator ensures stable voltage supply for ignition, fuel injection, lighting and charging under load.

If your existing alternator has failed, common symptoms include:
• Battery warning light illuminated
• Dim or flickering headlights
• Flat battery despite driving
• Electrical faults under load

Important Fitment Notes

• You must reuse your original pulley where required
