G2 Fuel Injector Rubber Seal (Lower) - GTI

This lower fuel injector seal is designed for Bosch K-Jetronic mechanical fuel injection systems, sealing the injector into the injector insert. It plays a critical role in maintaining correct fuel pressure, preventing vacuum leaks, and ensuring stable injector positioning.

Over time, these seals harden and shrink, leading to poor idle, fuel leaks, misfires, and uneven running. Replacing the lower seals during injector servicing or engine refresh work is essential for reliable performance on classic GTI and 16-valve engines.

Manufactured to the correct size and material specification, this seal is suitable for both 8-valve and 16-valve K-Jetronic applications.
