T25,G1,G2 Hall Sender - Waterboxer, 1.8 (DX)

This Hall impulse sender is designed for use in 8-valve VW engines equipped with Bosch distributors and features the later-style rectangular connector. This sensor is a crucial part of the ignition system, providing timing signals to the ignition control unit based on the position of the distributor shaft. A failing Hall sender can result in misfiring, poor starting, or total loss of ignition, making this part essential for reliable engine performance.

This version replaces earlier types that used an oval connector, which is now discontinued. If your distributor uses the oval-style connector, you will need to upgrade to the rectangular connector using adapter part number AC999039, which allows the new sender to work with your existing wiring.
