T25 Exhaust Support Plate - 1984-92 - 1.6D (JX), 1.7D (KY) - Left

This left-hand exhaust support plate is fitted at the rear muffler on Volkswagen Type 25 / T3 buses with 1.6 Turbo Diesel (JX) or 1.7 Diesel (KY) engines. It reinforces the exhaust system by sharing the load of the silencer and controlling movement caused by vibration and heat cycles.

On diesel T3s, the rear exhaust section works hard. A weakened or missing support plate can allow excessive movement, leading to rattles, cracked silencers, stressed joints, and premature failure of mounts. Replacing this plate restores correct alignment and helps extend the life of the entire exhaust system.

Manufactured to original specification, this is a direct-fit replacement for late Type 25 diesel models.
