G1,G2,G3,G4 200mm Clutch Disc - 1.6 Diesel

This 200 mm clutch friction disc with 24 splines is designed to handle the higher torque output of VW diesel engines, while also fitting selected petrol applications that use the same clutch specification. It restores smooth, reliable power transfer between the engine and gearbox and is suitable for everyday driving, light commercial use, and higher-load conditions typical of diesel vehicles.

The clutch disc sits between the flywheel and pressure plate. Its friction linings transmit engine torque to the gearbox while allowing clean disengagement when the clutch pedal is pressed. As the disc wears, common symptoms include clutch slip under load, shudder when pulling away, high biting point, or difficulty engaging gears. Replacing the disc renews the main wear component and helps protect the flywheel and pressure plate from damage.

Manufactured to original specification, this disc offers consistent engagement, good heat resistance, and long service life.
