G3 190mm Clutch Disc - 1.4

This 190mm clutch friction disc is designed for Volkswagen 1.4 petrol models fitted with a manual gearbox. The clutch disc sits between the flywheel and pressure plate, using friction material to transfer engine power smoothly to the gearbox when the clutch is engaged.

With a 24-tooth spline hub, this disc matches the original factory specification, ensuring correct fitment on the gearbox input shaft. It is an ideal replacement for worn or slipping clutch discs that can cause clutch judder, difficulty engaging gears, or loss of drive under load.

When replacing a clutch disc, it is strongly recommended to inspect or renew the pressure plate and release bearing at the same time to ensure balanced operation and long service life.
