T5,T6 Driveshaft Seal - Left

This driveshaft oil seal is fitted to 5-speed manual gearboxes and prevents transmission oil from leaking where the driveshaft enters the gearbox casing. A worn or hardened seal will commonly cause gear oil leaks, oil contamination of CV joints, and low gearbox oil levels if left unattended.

Manufactured to OE dimensions (60 x 74.3 x 8 mm), this seal restores a proper oil-tight seal and is ideal during gearbox repairs, clutch work, or when replacing a leaking output flange seal.

Important orientation note:

• T5 & T6: This listing is for the LEFT side only.

  • Right side alternative: 02T409189K

• Golf Mk4: The same seal is used on LEFT or RIGHT sides.
