This 90 amp alternator is a direct replacement unit designed to maintain reliable charging and stable electrical performance across a wide range of Volkswagen models. Rated at 14V / 90A, it is well suited to diesel and petrol vehicles running higher electrical loads such as glow plugs, heaters, cooling fans, lighting, and auxiliary equipment.

Driven by a 6-rib auxiliary belt, the alternator converts engine rotation into electrical energy to power the vehicle’s systems and recharge the battery.
