G4,T5 Oil Cooler

This water-cooled engine oil cooler is designed to regulate oil temperature by transferring excess heat from the engine oil into the coolant system. By keeping oil within its ideal operating range, the cooler helps maintain stable oil pressure, reduces thermal breakdown of the oil, and protects internal engine components under sustained load.

The unit mounts between the oil filter housing and the engine block (or filter bracket, depending on application). Coolant flows through the cooler core while engine oil circulates internally, allowing efficient heat exchange without external oil lines. This design offers fast warm-up from cold and effective temperature control once the engine is at operating temperature.

Supplied complete with the correct gasket/seal, this oil cooler is ideal for replacing leaking, internally contaminated, or inefficient original units. Common symptoms of a failing oil cooler include oil/coolant mixing, unexplained coolant loss, rising oil temperatures, or external seepage around the filter housing.
