T4,T5,G2,G3 Valve Stem Seal - 7mm Stem Valves

This 7mm valve stem oil seal is a precision-engineered sealing component designed to control oil flow around 7mm valve stems. It prevents excess engine oil from being drawn down the valve guides into the combustion chamber, while still allowing the correct light lubrication that the valve stem and guide need to operate smoothly.

When valve stem seals harden or wear, they can allow oil to seep past the guide—often causing blue smoke on start-up, increased oil consumption, fouled spark plugs, and poor emissions. Replacing worn seals is one of the most effective ways to restore clean running and reduce oil burning, especially during cylinder head rebuilds or valve work.
