Type 25 CAT Replacement Stainless Exhaust Pipe - Waterboxer (DH, MV Engine Codes)

This stainless steel catalytic converter delete / replacement pipe is fitted to Volkswagen Type 25 / T3 buses where a straight-through pipe is used in place of the catalytic converter. It is suitable for early 1900cc DH Waterboxer models (1983–1985) and later 2100cc Waterboxer models fitted with MV engines (1985–1992).

This pipe is the first section of the exhaust system, positioned directly before the rest of the exhaust, and connects the forward exhaust outlet to the centre and rear muffler assembly. By removing the catalytic converter, it provides a direct exhaust gas path while maintaining correct system alignment and flow.

Manufactured from high-quality stainless steel, this pipe offers excellent resistance to corrosion, moisture, and heat, making it a long-lasting upgrade over standard mild steel alternatives.
