Type 25 Exhaust Silencer Strap - 1986-92 - Waterboxer

These replacement exhaust support straps are designed to be used in conjunction with the exhaust support brackets on Volkswagen Type 25 / T3 buses fitted with Waterboxer petrol engines.

The straps wrap around the exhaust and secure it to the mounting brackets, allowing controlled movement while supporting the weight of the exhaust system. They play an important role in reducing vibration, preventing stress on exhaust joints, and maintaining correct exhaust alignment during engine movement.

Manufactured as quality reproduction parts, these straps are formed to the correct length and shape for late Type 25 / T3 exhaust systems. They are ideal replacements for stretched, corroded, or broken original straps and are recommended whenever exhaust brackets or major exhaust components are renewed.
