Waterboxer Engine Gasket Kit - DPH

This DPH-manufactured full engine gasket set, made in Germany, is a premium-quality solution for rebuilding 1900cc and 2100cc Waterboxer engines fitted to Volkswagen Type 25 / T3 buses. Important fitting notes – required sealants

Correct sealant choice is critical when assembling Waterboxer engines:

• Black sealant – D176404A2

  • For the main rubber water jacket seals

• Yellow sealant – AKD456000A2

  • For the cylinder head nuts

Additional tubes of sealant are available separately and should be ordered as needed.

Using the correct sealants is essential to prevent coolant leaks and ensure the long-term success of the rebuild.
