Waterboxer Engine Gasket Kit

This full engine gasket set contains the essential seals and gaskets required when rebuilding or refreshing 1900cc and 2100cc Waterboxer engines fitted to Volkswagen Type 25 / T3 buses. Important fitting notes – sealant requirements

When rebuilding Waterboxer engines, the correct sealants must be used:

• Black sealant – D176404A2

  • For the main rubber water jacket seals

• Yellow sealant – AKD456000A2

  • For the cylinder head nuts

Additional tubes of sealant are available separately and should be ordered as required.

Using the correct sealant is essential to avoid coolant leaks and ensure proper sealing during engine assembly.
