Type 25 Metal Water Pipe - Water Pump To Thermostat - 1986-92 - Stainless Steel

This stainless steel water pipe is a premium replacement for the original mild steel pipe fitted between the water pump and the thermostat housing on 1900cc and 2100cc petrol Waterboxer engines in Type 25 / T3 buses. It retains the original factory design but upgrades the material to stainless steel for maximum durability and corrosion resistance.

The pipe features a flanged end that bolts directly to the water pump, while the opposite end connects to the thermostat housing via a rubber hose, secured with hose clips. This rigid section is critical in an area exposed to constant heat, coolant, and vibration—conditions where standard steel pipes often corrode internally and externally over time.
