Fuel Pump Pushrod - Type 4 Engines

This replacement mechanical fuel pump pushrod is designed for Volkswagen Type 4 aircooled engines with capacities of 1700cc, 1800cc, and 2000cc. It is fitted to Baywindow Buses and early Type 25 (T3) Buses that use a mechanical fuel pump on carburetted engines.

The pushrod transfers motion from the engine to the mechanical fuel pump, driving the pump diaphragm and allowing fuel to be drawn from the tank and delivered to the carburettor at the correct pressure.
