Type 4 Pushrod Tube Seal Set (One Side) (8 Seals In Total)

This Type 4 pushrod tube seal set is designed for Volkswagen Type 4 air-cooled engines and contains the correct quantity of seals to service one side of the engine. The kit includes both the large and small pushrod tube seals required to correctly seal four pushrod tubes, helping to prevent oil leaks and ensure long-term engine reliability.

Pushrod tube seals play a vital role in sealing the pushrod tubes at both the cylinder head end (large seals) and the engine case end (small seals). Over time, these seals harden due to heat and age, leading to oil leaks that are common on Type 4 engines. Replacing the seals whenever pushrod tubes are removed is essential for maintaining a clean, leak-free engine.

This set is ideal for partial engine work, cylinder head removal on one side, or targeted oil leak repairs. For a complete engine, two kits are required.
