Distributor Drive Pinion - Type 4 Engines

This genuine Volkswagen distributor drive pinion, also referred to as the distributor drive shaft, is designed for all air-cooled Type 4 engines in 1700cc, 1800cc, and 2000cc configurations. It is suitable for Baywindow Buses and early Type 25 (T3) Buses fitted with air-cooled Type 4 engines, as well as Porsche 914 models.

The distributor drive pinion is a vital internal engine component that transfers rotational drive from the crankshaft to the distributor.
