This 3-piece gearbox nose cone repair kit is designed to restore the front section of your Volkswagen transmission to its original smooth and leak-free operation. Suitable for most VW models from 1968 onwards, this essential kit replaces the key wear components inside the gearbox nose cone where the gear selector rod passes through.

Over time, the brass bushes can wear, and the seal can harden or crack, leading to excessive play in the shift linkage and potential gearbox oil leaks. This kit includes everything needed for a thorough rebuild of this area:
