One thing all our beloved VW’s have in common no matter what type, year, model or engine size, is they all need fuel hose.

We list a whole host of sizes and options to suit your budget and requirements. From stock 5.6mm hose by the metre for your early 25hp Beetle, to 100% ethanol safe high flow 9.3mm big bore. Our basic R9/R10, 5.6mm rubber fuel hose (suitable for carburettor and fuel injection) is our most popular, but it is starting to become outdated due to the ever increasing levels of ethanol added to modern unleaded fuel that does cause rot, so we always recommend to check your fuel lines for degradation at least once a year as part of a routine service.

3m of hose, 10 x fuel hose clips, 1 x fuel filter + Fuel Tank Connection + Brass T-Piece

If you’ve got the budget, we strongly recommend going for the 100% ethanol safe hose which is worth every penny and will last years and years.

This hose is the same as fitted to new model VW, BMW and Mercedes vehicles and is safe for Petrol/Unleaded fuel mixture containing up to:

100% Ethanol Fuel
100% Methanol Fuel
100% Butanol Fuel

This hose is safe for Diesel fuel mixture containing up to:

100% Rapeseed Methyl Ester
100% Hydro Treated Vegetable Oil
100% Fatty Acid Methyl Ester
100% Soya Methyl Ester

Working Temperature Range: -40c – +125c (+140c Short Term)
