You can redeem your Cool Credits at checkout. If you have accumulated Cool Credits then you will have the option of using them as part payment or full payment of any product purchased on our website.

You have the ability to view your cool Credits through your customer account. From your account you will be able to view the currency equivalent of your Cool Credits earned.

Cool Credits are worth £0.01 each.

Terms and Conditions

Cool Credits are for your personal use and can’t be transferred to anyone else.
You can’t swap your Cool Credits for cash or any other kind of credit.
Credits will be available to use on any future order placed once you have recieved the order that you have earned the credits on.
If an order that you purchase with your Cool Credits is returned to us in part or full then no refund of your credits will be granted.
Return of any product purchased will reduce the amount of credits on your account by the products credit value.
You will receive 25 credits onto your account if you leave an approved review on any product on the coolairvw website. Credits will not be issued to your account until the review is approved by Cool Air VW and published to our website.
We may vary, amend or withdraw Cool Credits at our sole discretion and, from time to time, may change the value of the credits or rewards available. If we do decide to make any significant changes, we’ll make sure we give you plenty of notice.
If we stop offering Cool Credits, you’ll have one month, from the day it ends, to spend any Cool Credits you may have saved. Any unused credits beyond this date will automatically expire.
