Copper exhaust nut kit.

This kit comprises of eight copper exhaust nuts for fitting the exhaust to you engine. the benifit being that these nuts will not sieze onto the exhaust studs.

These nuts are also self locking so won't work loose which would normally result in a blowing exhaust system.

Replacement manifold or exhaust stud for standard 1.7-2.0 heads. These studs have a 8mm thread on one end and 9mm thread on the other.

This 8mm nut has a 1.25mm thread pitch and a 11mm head.

8 x 11 Nuts can be used for a number of things where normal 8 x 13 nuts are hard to use or get a spanner on.

One of there main uses and reason for design is on intake manifolds where it is almost impossible to use anything else.

The exhaust barrel nut has 8mm threads in one end and a hex socket at the driver end. Screw it on and tighten it down with an allen key. You don't have to worry about spanner clearance and the round exhaust barrel nut doesn't dig into the exhaust flange as with standard hex nuts. Use them to bolt on the alternator stand, fuel pump and whatever you want to clean up and customize your engine. Sold Each.

This 8mm stud screws into all standard cylinder heads (1200-1600cc) which then allows you to bolt your exhaust on. It is also used opn all twin port cylinder heads as the manifold stud on top of the head.

Nut, special for exhaust studs easy removal, will not seize.

Oversized exhaust stud for use when your cylinder head is damaged and a standard 8mm stud will not fit.

8mm and 10mm ends with a 1.25 pitch thread.
