This fitting kit is used to bolt the tailpipe onto the rear muffler of a Type 25 Bus with a 1600cc CT engine.

This 8mm bolt is 15mm long, has a 13mm head and has a 1.25mm thread pitch.  This bolt has a tensile strength of 10.9.  It is used for various applications including:

• Beetle rear wheel cylinder bolt
• Beetle handbrake cable retaining clamp to backing plate bolt
• T25 Bus 1.9 and 2.1 engines water pump pulley bolt
• T25 Bus fuel tank strap bolt
• T25 Bus 1600cc (CT) Left Hand Side exhaust elbow to heat exchanger bolt
• T25 Bus 85-92 Waterboxer tail pipe to silencer bolt

This 8mm Bolt is 16mm long, with a 13mm head and a 1.25mm thread pitch.  it has a tensile strength of 8.8.  It can be used for various applications including:

• 200mm, 210mm and 228mm (T1) clutch to flywheel bolt
• T1 and 1302 steering column clamp bolt
• T2 1.7-2.0L clutch to flywheel bolt (200,210,228mm)
• T2 68-72 new bumper irons to new rear bumpers with plate fixings bolt
• T2 73-79 front bumper to deformation panel bolt

Fully Threaded Bolt (Set Screw)

This 2 bolt gasket is for use on all Fuel Injected Classic VW Beetles including Cabrios from 1974 to 1979.

It seals the exhaust to the heat exchangers.

It is also found on all VW Type 25 Buses with 1600cc CT engines from engine number 073 819 onwards.

Located on the right hand side of the engine bewteen the heat transfer pipe and the exhaust muffler.
