*NCA* Type 25 Starter Motor - 1981-86 - Aircooled And Waterboxer Engines (See Notes) - Top Quality

This top quality replacement starter motor is manufactured by Bosch and is for all Type 25 or T3 buses from May 1981 to December 1986 fitted with manual gearboxes and petrol engines.

Fits engine codes:

CT, CZ, CU & CV from chassis number 24B152583 to 24C200000

DF, DG, DH, EY, GW, DJ, CT, CZ, CU, CV from chassis number 24D000001 onwards.

Fitting:

When fitting this starter motor it is recommended that a new starter motor bush is also fitted.  We also stock this bush under part number 113301155.

Once this starter motor is fitted if you are still having issues then double check all of your wiring.  Most reported faults with new starter motors not working are installed are due to old wiring from the ignition switch producing low voltage at the start motor solenoid.  Check that all wires are in good order and all electrical terminals and connections are clean and dry.
