Forged from 4340 Chromoly steel and CNC machined to an exact 1.4:1 ratio!

The rockers feature hardened tips, bronze bushings, and H-11 Tool Steel adjusting screws. The absolute strongest adjusting screws available!

The rockers feature 100% pressure oiling to eliminate the problems associated with splash oiled rockers. The hardened shafts are a gigantic .984" in diameter, 38% larger than stock rocker shafts! The rocker shafts are cradled in forged Chromoly rocker blocks.

Forged 1.4:1 rockers are shipped in complete sets which includes 8 rockers, 2 shafts, 4 rocker blocks, 4 Heavy Duty Chromoly Rocker Studs, adjusting shims kit, 2 end caps, and 2 bolts, 8 valve caps, 8 adjusting screws and lock nuts.

These are the hottest set-up on the block. The super tough 9mm Rhino feet are more than 12% larger in diameter which covers the end of the valve stem. They bolt on all 40hp, 1300, 1500 and 1600cc based engines. Special end caps and bolts hold the rockers into postion. Hardened steel blocks and steel spacers ensure long trouble free performance. Rhino Feet are manufactured from heat-treated Chromoly alloy, and are stronger by design. The 9mm shafts are more than 12% larger in diameter, and feature 100% rolled threads for even greater strength. The screw shafts are patterned after the original Porsche rocker screws. They are not weakened by drilling and cross drilling because they are lubricated at the foot. Rhino Feet are wide, so that they cover the end of the valve stem, and follow the valve

Super Tuff Rhino Rockers accomodate a larger diameter 9mm valve adjusting screw, with a greater wear surface to increase valve stem life. You don't have to run expensive swivel feet. They are brand new, genuine VW parts.

The wider base of the 9mm Rhino Adjusting Screw spreads the load on the end of the valve stem. The use of 9mm adjusting screws helps prevent valve stem mushrooming and cupping. The larger 9mm thread diameter provides ease of adjustment, secure locking and increased valve train reliability.
