This set of 1914cc Barrel and Pistons is designed as an upgrade to your 1300cc to 1600cc Aircooled Engine. They have an 94mm diameter piston which when used with the standard 69mm crankshaft fitted to all 1300cc to 1600cc engines it will give you 1914cc. Used with a larger throw crankshaft the engine size will increase even more.
69mm Crankshaft will increase engine size to 1914cc
74mm Crankshaft will increase engine size to 2054cc
78mm Crankshaft will increase engine size to 2165cc
82mm Crankshaft will increase engine size to 2276cc
84mm Crankshaft will increase engine size to 2332cc
86mm Crankshaft will increase engine size to 2387cc
88mm Crankshaft will increase engine size to 2443cc
90mm Crankshaft will increase engine size to 2498cc
Each kit includes:
- 4 Barrels
- 4 Pistons
- 4 Gudgeon Pins
- 8 Gudgeon Pin Retaining Clips
- Complete set of Piston Rings
Stroker Barrel and Piston sets are designed to make engine assembly easier when fitting larger stroke crankshafts. By using this type of barrel not so many barrel spacers will be required when doing final set up of deck height and compression ratio.
PLEASE NOTE: These pistons will require macine work to be carried out to both the crankcase and the cylinder heads in order to fit. This work can be carried out by Cool Air if required so please call with your requirements.
