Bugpack's latest 1 5/8” diameter merged exhaust system is designed for optimum performance while incorporating flanged J-tubes that can be easily replaced with our free flow flanged heater boxes that bolt right in!

Competition header is supplied with thick 3/8” exhaust flanges throughout the mandrel bent tubing along with strategically placed slip-fit joints that allow this exhaust system to fit narrow based 1600cc engines all the way up to extra wide 2500cc stroked monsters!

Slip-fit joints are fitted with built-in pinch clamps to ensure a leak proof seal every time! Exhaust header is also available in painted black or ceramic coated
