Website Carriage Rates Explained:
Standard Delivery: Standard delivery is usually a 2 - 3 working day delivery, though we will always despatch your goods as quickly as we can and your parts may arrive quicker than this in some instances, or may occasionally take a little longer.
As long as the parts that have been ordered are under 25kg's and the delivery address is within the UK mainland and not one of the excluded postcodes then you order will qualify for free shipping.
Parts over 25kg in weight and some larger parts and fragile parts (glass etc.) do not qualify for Free Carriage and may be subject to an extra postage charge. You will be contacted after placing your order and informed of any extra charges before any amount is taken off of your card.
Excluded from free postage Postcodes are:
AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, PO
UK Islands Due to extra charges incurred by couriers we can unfortunately not offer free postage to the UK Islands.

Express Delivery:
Cool Air offer 4 different types of Express delivery.
Next working day by 12 noon (£19.95 - England and Wales only Not Isle of Wight or Isle of Man)
Next working day by 10am (£24.95 - England and Wales only Not Isle of Wight or Isle of Man)
Next working day by 9am (£29.95 - England and Wales only Not Isle of Wight or Isle of Man)
Saturday Delivery (£29.95 - England and Wales only Not Isle of Wight or Isle of Man)
All express orders placed via our website before 3pm will be dispatched the same day on one of our express tarriffs to arrive the following working day. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day.
Express orders to remote areas ie some parts of Scotland will be a 48 hour service.
Very occasionally our couriers are not able to deliver within agreed timescales. In the event that your parts do not arrive on time, The extra carriage fee will be refunded in full and your postal rates will revert back to our standard rates.
We are not able to refund any other costs arising from late delivery and would always recommend that you:
- do not book mechanics etc. until your parts have actually arrived
- place your order well in advance of holiday or show dates etc.
Engine Etc.: Engines, gearboxes, bonnets and some other items need specialist carriage due to their size/weight and additional packing requirements. Delivery is usually 2 - 3 working days for such items, though we will always despatch your goods as quickly as we can and your parts may arrive quicker than this in some instances, or may occasionally take a little longer.
Orders with Parts not in stock
Orders that contain parts that are currently out of stock will not be shipped until your order is complete. If you select one of our express delivery services your order will be shipped by that method once all parts on an order are available for dispatch together.
Send Parts in Stock
If your order contains some parts that are in stock and some parts that are currently out of stock you can request that we send all of the parts in stock out before your order is complete. To do this please call us on 01322 335050 giving your name and post code and we will arrange this for you. There will be no extra postage charge for this service. We can ship your parts to you anywhere in the world, fully insured.
