Bugpack's latest 1 5/8” diameter merged exhaust system is designed for optimum performance while incorporating flanged J-tubes that can be easily replaced with our free flow flanged heater boxes that bolt right in!

Competition header is supplied with thick 3/8” exhaust flanges throughout the mandrel bent tubing along with strategically placed slip-fit joints that allow this exhaust system to fit narrow based 1600cc engines all the way up to extra wide 2500cc stroked monsters!

Slip-fit joints are fitted with built-in pinch clamps to ensure a leak proof seal every time! Exhaust header is also available in painted black or ceramic coated

Use this Extreme™ Off Road exhaust designed for maximum power and minimum problems. Spring attachment system couples merged collector to individual port pipes in a manner designed to absorb vibration and thereby eliminate breakage commonly found during those brutal off-road races.

 Available in three tubing sizes. We offer a variety of options and accessories for our racing exhausts. The new Extreme™ Muffler Kit allows you to run your current Extreme™ Exhaust with a quiet Turbo muffler, but keep your stinger for competition. At last a totally new dual exhaust system. Unique design allows removal of the muffler core. This all- metal muffler core will never wear out or change sound levels. Run this system with muffler installed or remove for increased power and performance.

We also offer them without mufflers at all, for off-road applications.

Either of these systems are available in beautiful chrome finish or paint.

Also fits Type III (pancake) engines as well as all Type I

These 4 into 1 headers from Bugpack are an instant way to increase power to your 1300cc and above engine.

 Once fitted they allow you to bolt on any of our 4 into 1 Mufflers for a different look and sound to your car.

To extract the most exhaust fumes from your performance engine and to get the best times over the 1/4 mile, stingers are the perfect answer.

 With the small flange, they fit a large majority of Bugpack headers.
